EVMICO LTD warrants that cabinetry, millwork, and custom furniture manufactured by our company will be free from defects in workmanship and manufacturing under normal residential or commercial use.
2. Warranty Period
EVMICO LTD provides a limited one (1) year warranty from the date of delivery or installation, whichever occurs first.
3. What Is Covered
The warranty covers defects related to:
- cabinet construction
- structural integrity of cabinet boxes
- drawer assembly
- door alignment due to manufacturing defects
- installation workmanship performed by EVMICO LTD
4. What Is Not Covered
This warranty does not cover:
- normal wear and tear
- scratches, dents, or damage caused after installation
- damage caused by other contractors
- water damage, leaks, or flooding
- improper use or abuse
- structural movement of the building
- modifications made by third parties
- improper cleaning products
5. Natural Material Variations
Wood and natural materials may exhibit variations in color, grain pattern, and texture. These variations are natural characteristics of the material and are not considered defects.
Wood may naturally change color over time due to light exposure and environmental conditions.
6. Care and Maintenance
Proper care and maintenance are required to maintain warranty coverage.
Recommended care includes:
- cleaning surfaces with a soft cloth
- avoiding excessive moisture
- avoiding harsh chemical cleaners
- maintaining stable indoor humidity levels
7. Warranty Claims
To submit a warranty claim, the customer must contact EVMICO LTD and provide:
- project address
- description of the issue
- photos of the affected area
EVMICO LTD reserves the right to inspect the product before determining warranty coverage.
8. Limitation of Liability
EVMICO LTD’s responsibility under this warranty is limited to repair or replacement of defective components at our discretion.
EVMICO LTD is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including project delays, loss of use, or third-party costs.
