1. Do you offer both ready-made and custom furniture?
Yes. We offer a curated selection of ready-made furniture such as tables, chairs, shelves, and storage units for fast delivery and installation, as well as fully customized furniture made to your measurements, preferences, and design approvals.
2. What is your refund policy for custom furniture orders?
Within 24 hours of deposit: Full refund minus 10% processing fee.
After 24 hours: Partial refund, minus cost of materials and 10% cancellation fee.
After production begins: Refunds are not available.
3. Who is responsible for measurements for custom furniture?
We offer professional measurement services. If the client provides their own measurements, we are not responsible for fitting issues unless verified by our team.
4. How long does it take to produce custom furniture?
Production typically takes 4 to 12 weeks depending on complexity, chosen materials, order volume, and holiday scheduling.
5. Can I make changes to the design after the project has started?
Designs must be approved before production. Changes after production begins may incur additional costs depending on materials and labor.
6. Do you install furniture not made by your company?
Yes, but we are not responsible for damages or missing parts. Installation cost and time may increase if furniture is incomplete or damaged. 20% prepayment is required; the balance is due within 3 days of completion. Late fees of 5% per day apply. Please ensure furniture is present and inspected before our arrival.
7. Is post-installation support available?
Yes. We provide limited warranties and offer additional support services upon request.
8. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit/debit cards, Zelle, checks, and bank transfers. Please note that certain methods may incur transaction fees. For large projects, we offer milestone-based payment plans.
9. Can I request design help before ordering custom furniture?
Absolutely. We offer design consultation to guide you through materials, layout, and functionality.
10. Where do you operate and deliver?
We serve New York City, surrounding boroughs, and parts of New Jersey. For delivery outside these areas, contact us directly.
