Installation Terms (Custom & 3rd-Party)

• All custom furniture drawings must be approved before production.
• Changes requested after production starts are subject to additional fees.
• If installing furniture not made by Evmico, we are not responsible for quality or completeness.
• If furniture is incomplete or damaged at installation time:
  • → Additional labor charges may apply
  • → Schedule and price adjustments may occur

Payment Policy

• 20% deposit required before installation begins.
• Remaining balance due within 3 business days after project completion.
• Late payments incur a 5% daily penalty.

Delivery & Post-Warranty Support

• White-glove delivery and in-home setup available for Evmico furniture.
• Post-warranty maintenance available upon request.
